記者從成都大運(yùn)會(huì)執(zhí)委會(huì)獲悉，考慮當(dāng)前全球疫情發(fā)展的不確定性，為最大限度保護(hù)各參會(huì)代表團(tuán)的利益，確保全體參會(huì)代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長(zhǎng)及其他有關(guān)人員的安全和健康，經(jīng)執(zhí)委會(huì)與國(guó)際大體聯(lián)研究決定，成都第31屆世界大學(xué)生夏季運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長(zhǎng)春季會(huì)議于2022年2月28日以線上模式召開，會(huì)期一天，分三個(gè)時(shí)段集中展示，各時(shí)段會(huì)議內(nèi)容一致。

會(huì)議期間，成都大運(yùn)會(huì)執(zhí)委會(huì)將向全體參會(huì)國(guó)家（地區(qū)）大學(xué)生體育聯(lián)合會(huì)（NUSF）全面介紹大運(yùn)會(huì)最新籌備情況，對(duì)醫(yī)療、出入境、反興奮劑、競(jìng)賽、場(chǎng)館、注冊(cè)抵離、財(cái)務(wù)、交通、住宿餐飲、代表團(tuán)服務(wù)等業(yè)務(wù)政策程序進(jìn)行講解。抽簽儀式由國(guó)際大體聯(lián)在瑞士組織實(shí)施。具體相關(guān)事宜將另行商定告知。

Heads of Delegation Meeting of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games to be Held Online

Given the uncertainty brought by COVID-19, FISU and the Executive Committee of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games have decided to host the Heads of Delegation Meeting (HoD Meeting) online on 28 February 2022 to protect the interests of all participating delegations to the maximum extent and ensure the safety and health of all the heads of participating delegations and other relevant personnel. The HoD Meeting will last for one day and consist three repeated sessions, all having the same content. During the meeting, the Executive Committee of the 2021 FISU WUG will introduce recent preparations for the 2021 FISU WUG to the participating NUSFs, and explain policies and procedures concerning medical services, exit and entry, doping control, competition, venues, accreditation, arrival and departure, finance, transportation, accommodation, food and beverage, delegation services and other functional areas. The team draw will be held by FISU in Switzerland separately, and the specific matters will be discussed and informed later.
