記者從成都大運會執(zhí)委會獲悉，考慮當前全球疫情發(fā)展的不確定性，為最大限度保護各參會代表團的利益，確保全體參會代表團團長及其他有關人員的安全和健康，經執(zhí)委會與國際大體聯(lián)研究決定，成都第31屆世界大學生夏季運動會代表團團長春季會議于2022年2月28日以線上模式召開，會期一天，分三個時段集中展示，各時段會議內容一致。

會議期間，成都大運會執(zhí)委會將向全體參會國家（地區(qū)）大學生體育聯(lián)合會（NUSF）全面介紹大運會最新籌備情況，對醫(yī)療、出入境、反興奮劑、競賽、場館、注冊抵離、財務、交通、住宿餐飲、代表團服務等業(yè)務政策程序進行講解。抽簽儀式由國際大體聯(lián)在瑞士組織實施。具體相關事宜將另行商定告知。

Heads of Delegation Meeting of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games to be Held Online

Given the uncertainty brought by COVID-19, FISU and the Executive Committee of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games have decided to host the Heads of Delegation Meeting (HoD Meeting) online on 28 February 2022 to protect the interests of all participating delegations to the maximum extent and ensure the safety and health of all the heads of participating delegations and other relevant personnel. The HoD Meeting will last for one day and consist three repeated sessions, all having the same content. During the meeting, the Executive Committee of the 2021 FISU WUG will introduce recent preparations for the 2021 FISU WUG to the participating NUSFs, and explain policies and procedures concerning medical services, exit and entry, doping control, competition, venues, accreditation, arrival and departure, finance, transportation, accommodation, food and beverage, delegation services and other functional areas. The team draw will be held by FISU in Switzerland separately, and the specific matters will be discussed and informed later.
