成都大運會代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長春季會議明年2月召開

HoD Spring Meeting of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games confirmed to be held in February next year

記者從成都大運會執(zhí)委會獲悉，因第31屆世界大學(xué)生夏季運動會確定將于2022年6月26日至7月7日舉行，經(jīng)執(zhí)委會多次與國際大體聯(lián)討論確定，作為大運會正式開賽前的一次大規(guī)?！邦A(yù)演”，成都大運會代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長春季會議將在2022年2月21日至2月25日召開，為期五天（含抵離）。

The reporter learned from the Executive Committee of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games, that since the 31st Summer WUG has been confirmed to be held from 26 June to 7 July, 2022, the Executive Committee has discussed and confirmed with FISU multiple times that the HoD Spring Meeting of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games will be held from 21 to 25 February, 2022, for a period of five days (including arrival and departure) as a large-scale rehearsal before officially opening of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games.

據(jù)執(zhí)委會大運村部相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，成都大運會代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長春季會議原定在今年4月召開，在大運會舉辦日期正式確定后，團(tuán)長春季會議時間也調(diào)整為明年2月。此次代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長春季會議與議程基本未做修改與調(diào)整，主要內(nèi)容仍為對成都大運會籌備工作的一次賽前檢驗，如注冊、住宿、交通、媒體運營等，同時還將進(jìn)行場館考察以及團(tuán)體項目抽簽。

According to an official from Athletes’ Village Department, the HoD Spring Meeting was originally scheduled in April this year. Since the date of the Chengdu FISU World University Games has been officially confirmed, the date for the HoD Spring Meeting has also been rescheduled to February next year. The agenda of the meeting hasn’t been revised or adjusted, which is essentially a pre-match test of the preparations for Chengdu FISU World University Games in terms of registration, accommodation, transportation, media operations, etc. Meanwhile, venue inspections and draw lots for team sports will also be conducted.

It is described that the invitations of the HoD Spring Meeting will be sent in August 2021 by the Executive Committee, in accordance with the agreed matter with FISU from early stage.
